Salmone marinato

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 2 T. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T. coarse cracked black pepper
  • salmon fillets

Prep

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients and whisk to mix well and store in refrigerator if necessary.
  2. Brush the fillets with the marinade. Wait [! 15-20 min].
  3. The salmon fillets may be poached in a large skillet using aluminium foil as a cover, medium heat. Or, better grill over coals or open fire, or buttered cast iron skillet. Cooking time [! 15-50 min] for a fillet. As they cook, continue to brush them with the marinade. If they stick, sprinkle with water and add some olive oil and marinade.
  4. Cook until the center is flaky and opaque.
