Salmone marinato
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 1 T. Dijon mustard
 - 2 T. soy sauce
 - 2 T. balsamic vinegar
 - 2 T. coarse cracked black pepper
 - salmon fillets
 
Prep
- Combine all marinade ingredients and whisk to mix well and store in refrigerator if necessary.
 - Brush the fillets with the marinade. Wait [! 15-20 min].
 - The salmon fillets may be poached in a large skillet using aluminium foil as a cover, medium heat. Or, better grill over coals or open fire, or buttered cast iron skillet. Cooking time [! 15-50 min] for a fillet. As they cook, continue to brush them with the marinade. If they stick, sprinkle with water and add some olive oil and marinade.
 - Cook until the center is flaky and opaque.
