- 1 cup of milk with 1 teaspoon of vinegar (or/and lemon) -> buttermilk
- [garlic powder, cayenne pepper]
Meat chopped in, rest for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator
Prep
- Next: breadcrumbs [+ flour], salt, [+baking powder], [+parmesan cheese] -> fry in oil @ 190 °C. (3 min, until golden).
